How much does retreat cost?

The cost for retreat is $200. At Providence, we never want finances to be a barrier to your participation in an event. If you are not able to pay the full cost of retreat, please apply for available sponsorships.

I am not able to afford retreat. What are my options?

Accepted Answer

We do not want finances to be a barrier to anyone. We have sponsorships available for retreat
participants that cannot pay for retreat. To apply for sponsorship, please visit this link. You will
be notified as soon as possible that your retreat cost is covered, and you are able to register.

Question 3

What time does retreat start?

Our first session starts at 7pm on Friday evening, but check-in opens at 5pm. Dinner is not provided on Friday night, so please eat before you arrive.

What time will we finish on Sunday?

We will be done and packed up by noon on Sunday.

What is the lodging like?

We will all be staying in one lodge with 24 hotel-like rooms. Each room has 4 bed spaces (two twin beds with a twin bunk) and a private bathroom.

Question 6

Can I decide who I room with?

Accepted Answer

We will review roommate requests when assigning rooms. However, we ask that you stay
flexible and hospitable in your room assignment as we ensure that each person has a
comfortable place to sleep. Roommate requests will be taken during the registration process.

Question 7

What linens are provided?

A fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcase, towel, hand towel, and washcloth are provided. You will need to bring your own pillow and a blanket. You may also consider a mattress pad for more comfort.

What will we be eating?

We will provide a menu for meals in the email communication sent the week before retreat.
While we generally try to provide a wide variety of options, those with dietary restrictions may be more comfortable bringing their own food.

Question 9

Is there a fridge available to me?

Accepted Answer

There is only one fridge in the lodge. Because of this, that space will be reserved for retreat
needs and nursing moms who need fridge space. You may bring a cooler for your room. Ice
machines are available at the venue.
